Windows Phone operating system looks refreshing, but there are hardly any devices available at less than ? 15,000. Nokia is trying to go mass market with its new Lumia 610.This is a device that will be low on specs, running Windows 6.5 on a 800MHz processor and paired with 256MB RAM. The 3.7-inch display will have Corning Gorilla glass cover. Expected to be launched during the second quarter of 2012, the phone is priced at €189.
