Galaxy S vs Galaxy S ii

samsung_galaxy_s2
Right off the bat, the Galaxy S ll's resemblance to its predecessor, the Galaxy S, in terms of design, is obvious. There are some differences though; the S ll ditches the chrome bezel in favor of plastic, with ports and buttons shifted around. The ultra-sleek (at 8.49mm, it is the thinnest of the four) smartphone sports an extremely slim bezel and a clean design that draws attention to its huge 4.27-inch Super AMOLED Plus screen. The build is still predominantly plastic, just like the original Galaxy S, but this ultimately gives it an edge — the phone's weight is kept to a minimum at just 116 grams, the lightest of the bunch. Generally, the buttons are on the small side but they exhibit good tactile feedback. We also liked how its textured back adds a better grip to the device.

Samsung Galaxy S1

 In our opinion, the Galaxy S is the best Android phone to date. The HTC Desire and Motorola XT720 come close, but the Galaxy S rules. The Samsung smart-phone's 4-inch AM0LED display is bright and ideal for multimedia use. Though the phone appears to be awkwardly huge at first glance, it is really very sleek and easily slides into the pocket. Topped with Augmented Reality browser, A-GPS, Android Marketplace and Samsung App World, the Galaxy S gets its power from a 1 GHz processor. Samsung has given the phone a customised homescreen.
SPECS TECH: 4-inch display; 5 MP camera; 16 GB internal memory, expandable up to 32 GB; GPRS, 3G, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi; 118 gms; 1500 mAh Li-ion battery

Samsung Guru Dual 35

Usually the cheapest phones come from Indian handset producers. But this dual SIM device from Samsung pips all of them in terms of value for money. It has the best quality, utility and design. Even though it isn't the true dual SIM phone as the network of the second connection goes off air when accessing a call on the first, Samsung has still managed to put up a great show. The company got rid of the two calling keys by adding a dedicated SIM switching key. There is also the freedom of having a personalised sound setting for both connections individually.

Tech Specs:
2-INCH DISPLAY; VGA CAMERA; WIRELESS FM RADIO; MUSIC PLAYER; EXPANDABLE MEMORY UP TO 2 GB; BLUETOOTH; 1000 mAh BATTERY.

Samsung Omnia W

Samsung_Omnia_W_Price
SAMSUNG OMNIA W
The name Omnia from Samsung's stable sound familiar? Yes, a couple of years ago, it belonged to the Korean company's Windows Mobile devices. With the launch of Windows Phone Mango, Samsung is back with the Omnia W.
The Omnia W is the only competition to the HTC Radar at the moment. It packs in a faster single core processor clocked at 1.4 GHz. The other specs-512 MB RAM, 8GB memory, 5 MP camera, 720p video capture and connectivity options--remain same. The only disadvantage that the Omnia W suffers is the 3.7-inch capacitive display compared with the bigger 3.8 incher on the Radar. But then the Omnia clearly outdoes the Radar on the price front.
The Samsung Omnia W is made of plastic, so there isn't anything impressive about its looks. The 3.7-inch display looked small in front of the Radar. Thankfully, it didn't hamper the typing or the navigation experience. Along with the Windows Live account, we managed to configure our Gmail, Yahoo!, Outlook, Twitter and Facebook with ease. It also has the WP feature of integration of Facebook and Twitter in the contacts (people hub). We were able to comment on our friends' updates from that location. Giving value to the customer, the Omnia W packs in a few apps. These include FunShot, All Share, Mini Diary, Now and a wireless manger.

S8600 wave 3

samsung_wave_3
The Wave 3, with the Bada OS, is a typical Samsung device: it boasts a 4-inch bright capacitive touch display with just a single physical key below the screen.Unlocking the homescreen makes it look similar to Android smartphones. Long pressing the icon in the main menu allows users to drag them in any of the home-screen windows. A notification bar can be dragged from the top-it shows settings such as Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, Sound and Vibration and auto rotation and also notifies pending calls and messages. Emails, social hubs, Chat on, Google, Voice Cmd, Caster, desk clock, Orkut, are a few apps that are preinstalled on this phone and more can be downloaded from the Samsung App Store. But even now, Bada doesn't have a wide range of apps. The Polaris Office lets one open documents and edit them as well. It has a music player and video player on board, but the sound is just about average. The 5 MP camera captured decent images. On a positive note, Samsung has added a 1.4 GHz processor that makes it operate quickly.

Tech Specs:
4-inch display;
Bada OS, 5 MP camera;
4 GB memory, expandable to 32 GB;
3G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth;
A-GPS;
122gm;1500mAh battery

Samsung Wave 533

samsung_wave_533
Wave 533 a physical keyboard QWERTY  hides behind the capacitive display. The well-spaced rectangular keys are done in white and yellow and they look a bit odd.
The 3.2 capacitive touchscreen has the lowly 240x400 pixels of resolution, which makes everything on the display look jagged. The viewing angles are decent, though, and it has average sunlight visibility on full brightness.
The back is flat, with a 3MP camera centered in its upper part, and the speaker grill down right. The usual piano black plastic Samsung is using in most of its handsets of late, is replaced for a battery cover with dotted pattern, which makes the phone easier to grip and hold.For connectivity it has Wi-Fi which makes accessing web browser and other social networking sites a breeze.

Galaxy Nexus Prime S

Samsung-Galaxy-Nexus
The open source code for Android's next big iteration, dubbed lce Cream Sandwich, has been released into the wild and we should be seeing a slate of products running the system before the end of the year.
The Ice Cream Sandwich system is said to be Google's answer to Android's divergence problem, uniting the various different form factors under a set of standard features acoss all smartphones and tablets.
Some of the system's new features include advanced facial recognition, better data monitoring, integrated social networking platforms, imaging enhancements and additional near field communication applications.
Google has partnered with Samsung to launch the first official handset to run Android 4.0, the Galaxy Nexus, which features a 4.65-inch 1280x720-pixel resolution super AMOLD Plus display.
In addition to the new Android system and top-notch screen the Nexus will also feature a 1.2GHz dual-core processor, 5-megapixel camera and will come in HSPA+ and LTE models.
It looks as though the first Ice Cream Sandwich-running slate might also be just as close as the Nexus, with Lenovo rumoured to be readying a 10.1-inch slate running version 4.0 and a newTegra 3 chip before the year's end.

Samsung Galaxy Fit_samsng glaxy fit

The Samsung Galaxy Fit looks sleek and modern. It has a cheap feel, but it's actually sturdier than its looks. There are two colors available chromed silver and while. The buttons, except for the middle one, are touch sensitive. All the other standard ports are present as well: the mini-USB, power button, volume rocker, 3.5mm earphone port and the microSD card slot.
The Samsung Galaxy Fit, it packs a 3.31-inch 240x320 capacitive touchscreen.  The brightness level is respectable which makes it fairly visible even under the sun.
The Samsung Galaxy Fit packs a 600Mhz processor and is capable of Bluetooth, WiFi, HSDPA 3G and GPRS. It packs a scanty 160MB internal storage but is expandable to up to 32GB.
The phone is loaded with Android 2.2 Froyo, it runs pretty smoothly. Browsing through menus and opening apps are fairly snappy and delays are hardly noticeable.  It uses Samsung's proprietary TouchWiz Ul, which isn't as flashy as HTC's sense Ul but it very appealing in its own right.
The smartphone carries a 5-megapixel camera that is capable of geo-tagging and 15fps video recording. I'm very much impressed with the quality of the shots it took. the smartphone doesn't have flash so it would be best to take pictures in places with good lighting.The battery life of the Samsung Galaxy Fit is on-par with the industry standard.the Samsung Galaxy Fit provides a good overall user experience.

Ice Cream Sandwich_Galaxy s

Google released the source code for Ice Cream Sandwich, and a mere four days later the new OS has made its way onto Samsung's Galaxy S II.
The Samsung Galaxy Nexus brings a ton of new and very welcome features with Ice Cream Sandwich. The design is sharp, the screen is gorgeous, and the internal performance is fantastic.
While ICS is looking good on the GSII's gorgeous AMOLED display, the port is still an alpha -- the Bluetooth, WiFi and other radios aren't functioning just yet, but work is ongoing, and future releases are coming soon.

samsung galaxy mini s5570_samsng glaxy s570

It weighs 105g and it's got an all-plastic-but-doesn't feel-cheap build quality. The case feels all right to the touch, especially with the dotted pattern at the back and the green plastic bordering the phone was nicely metallic. It measures 110.4 x 60.8 x 12.1 mm and could hide in a pocket all day.Positioned in front are the usual three buttons of Samsung Androids—menu, home and back—which are easy to hit no matter your digits' size. Located on the right are the power/lock key and the microSD card slot while the volume rocker is situated on the opposite side. Ihe 3.5mm headphone jack and the USB port are placed on top, protected by a flap.The Samsung Galaxy comes equipped with a 3.1-inch capacitive touchscreen. However the display is only QVGA with a resolution of 240x320 pixels and has a 160 MB internal storage.The phone also has TouchWiz 3.0 Ul to optimize user interface. For connectivity, the device has WiFi, Bluetooth, GPRS, EDGE and HSDPA. It also has a GPS transceiver with A-GPS support and Google Maps. The device comes with one of the best mobile web browsers and the phone's multi touch-enabled screen allows pinch-to-zoom gestures. Sadly, it doesn't support Flash.Messaging has always been a strong part of the Android platform, and the QWERTY keyboard doesn't disappoint for a handset with a 3.1-inch screen.the phone is outfitted with an FM radio and the standard Android music player that should be able to read any MP3, AAC, AAC+ or eAAC+ audio files.

SAMSUNG GALAXY S

samsung's Galaxy S was one of the very best of last year's .Android blowers. All it was crying out for was better build quality, a bigger - 4.2-inch, let's say -screen in a slimmer body, a dualcore processor, better camera and the very latest version of Android to be well-nigh perfect. Lo and behold, Samsung has served up all of those things for the Galaxy S II. Oh, apart from the first one.

PROCESSOR/RAM XMM960 dualcore lGHz/lGB

Samsung Craft SCH-R900

The Samsung Craft, the world's first 4G phone, feels like a good 3G feature phone. That instantly makes it the flashiest phone MetroPCS has, but moreover, this is just a nice handset with a nice high-res screen great for video playback.

Samsung Rugby II SGH-A847

Samsung Rugby II SGH-A847 (AT&T).The Samsung Rugby II is an excellent choice for voice-focused consumers, field workers, and bargain hunters alike, with its excellent call quality and sensible pricing on AT&T. This handset truly embraces what it means to be a voice phone and doesn't try to be a pale imitation of a smartphone.

samsung galaxy s review

the S II isn't thin in terms of performance, powered by a blisteringly quick 1.2 GHz dual-core processor.
